Is IAQ work even needed?
We've been asked this question a lot. People rarely get to
see past the vent on the ceiling, so we thought we'd take
you on a tour of some very common air handler unit and air
duct conditions. These types of conditions are a result of our
high humidity levels and excessive coil condensation. We love
our cold air. In most cases the building owner is not to blame
for the condition. Its not a lack of preventative maintenance.
It just happens. The only blame is if nothing is done about it
knowingly.
